Meet the Owners

Dustin Mayer (President and Founding Member)

As the founder and President of Integrity Outdoor Living, Dustin Mayer built the company on a commitment to integrity, quality workmanship, and exceptional customer service. His leadership combines extensive business management experience with a passion for building a team that delivers outstanding results for every customer.

Dustin earned a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology from North Dakota State University and has an extensive background in business and people management. His leadership experience includes serving as a Site Director overseeing more than 350 employees and managing daily operations for organizations with over 550 employees. Throughout his career, he has developed expertise in project management, budgeting, forecasting, employee recruitment and retention, customer service, business development, human resources, and day-to-day operations.

Before founding Integrity Outdoor Living, Dustin served as a Project Manager for a local landscaping company, where he built a reputation for balancing exceptional customer service with a strong employee-first leadership approach. Today, he continues to lead Integrity Outdoor Living with the same dedication to quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction that the company was founded upon.

Blake Corneliusen (Vice President and Designer)

As Vice President of Integrity Outdoor Living, Blake brings more than 10 years of experience in the landscaping industry and a passion for creating outdoor spaces that are both beautiful and functional. His expertise in landscape design, project planning, and construction plays a vital role in delivering the quality craftsmanship and attention to detail our customers have come to expect.

Blake earned a Bachelor's Degree in Horticulture with an emphasis in Landscape Design from Montana State University, as well as a Master's Degree in Information Systems from Minot State University. His unique combination of landscape design expertise and advanced education allows him to approach each project with creativity, technical knowledge, and a strategic mindset.

Blake's goal is to transform each customer's vision into a thoughtfully designed outdoor space that maximizes the potential of their property while balancing form, function, and lasting beauty. From the initial consultation and design process through the completed project, he is committed to delivering results that exceed expectations. In addition to leading our landscape design services, Blake oversees our retaining wall and custom fencing divisions, ensuring every project is completed with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Jason Hallof (Co-Owner and Director on New Yard Installation & Renovations)

As Co-Owner of Integrity Outdoor Living, Jason Hallof brings more than 15 years of experience in the landscaping industry and is a driving force behind our new yard installations and landscape renovation projects. His extensive knowledge of site preparation, grading, turf establishment, and aggregate work allows him to transform undeveloped or outdated properties into beautiful, functional outdoor spaces.

Jason leads our Dirt, Grass, and Aggregate Division, overseeing everything from new lawn installations and renovations to final grading and site preparation. With more than a decade of leadership experience managing this department, he has earned a reputation for delivering high-quality workmanship while ensuring every project is completed with precision and attention to detail.

Known for his strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction, Jason takes pride in helping homeowners and businesses bring their vision to life. His dedication to quality and passion for creating exceptional landscapes make him an invaluable leader and an integral part of the Integrity Outdoor Living team.

Dylan Mayer (Co-Owner & Director of Irrigation and Lawn Care)

As Co-Owner of Integrity Outdoor Living, Dylan Mayer leads our Irrigation and Lawn Care divisions with a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and exceptional customer service. Having grown up in the landscaping industry, he developed a passion for outdoor work at an early age and brings years of hands-on experience to every project.

Dylan oversees our irrigation installation, maintenance, and repair services, as well as our lawn care operations, ensuring every property receives the attention and care it deserves. His focus on precision, reliability, and proactive communication helps deliver consistent, high-quality results for both residential and commercial customers.

Known for his strong work ethic and dedication to excellence, Dylan plays a key role in the continued growth and success of Integrity Outdoor Living. Whether managing irrigation systems, coordinating lawn care crews, or helping customers protect and enhance their properties, he is committed to providing the dependable service and lasting results our customers have come to expect.
