Meet the Owners
Dustin Mayer (President and Founding Member)
Dustin came to us with excellent management skills and experience. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from North Dakota State University and is well skilled in people and business management. His experience ranges from a Site Director of 350+ employees to overseeing daily operations of 550+ employees. Through this experience, he brings performance and project management, employee recruitment and retention, budgeting, forecasting, customer service, new business solicitation, human resources and day to day operational expertise. During his tenure as a Project Manager with a local landscaping company, he displayed a consistent employee centric focus while balancing the needs of his customers.
Blake Corneliusen (Vice President and Designer)
Blake has compiled over 10 years' experience in in the landscape field. He has received a bachelor's degree in Horticulture with an emphasis in Landscape Design from Montana State University. He is also pursuing a master's degree in information systems from Minot State University.
Blake's primary focus is to provide his customers with a landscape package that will utilize their space to the fullest, while still being able to promote form, function, and most importantly beauty. He is able to take clients dreams from a concept to a design, and into a final product that gives them more than they expected. He also manages our block and fence division.
Jason Hallof (Co-Owner and Lead on New Yard Installation & Renovations)
Jason has been with Integrity for over 10 years. He has been our dirt, grass and aggregate department supervisor for 9 years. With over 15 years in the landscaping business.
Dylan Mayer (Co-Owner and Lead Irrigation)
Dylan has been with Integrity for 4 years but has grown up in the landscaping business.
In addition, Dylan will also be in charge of our new irrigation line.
