Mowing Services

Options for mowing services are as follows:

Per mow - pricing is just that. You are billed monthly based on the exact number of mowing services performed at your property that month.

Monthly - Enjoy a consistent, set monthly rate billed May through September. This plan also includes mowing services through the first killing frost—at no additional cost—even if the season extends beyond September.

Paid in full - This follows the same structure as the Monthly Plan but offers a 5% discount for the season when paid in full before the first billing cycle.

Weed & Feed Services

Options for weed & feed services are as follows:

Per application - Billed after each application is completed.

Paid in Full - Covers all four standard applications for the season and includes a 5% discount when paid in full before the first billing cycle.

Fungicide Treatment - Option to add a fall fungicide application to help prevent snow mold and other fungi that can develop under winter snow cover.

Cleanups

Options for cleanup services are as follows:

Spring Cleanup - Dethatching, Bagged Mow, Edging if Needed, Blow out Rock Beds, Pick Up Garbage, Etc. Any additional work such as Aerating and Power Raking can be added for $80 per hour. If you would like this added, please leave a comment in the box below.

Fall Cleanup - Edging, Trimming, Bagged Mowing, Blow out Rock Beds, Pick Up Garbage, Etc. Any additional work can be added for $80 per hour.

Upon the following terms:
1. Scope of Lawn/Yard Maintenance Agreement: Integrity Outdoor Living will mow lawn and the agreed upon services listed above with the frequency noted.
2. Limitation of Liability: The contractor will exercise reasonable care to avoid damage due to debris or litter. However, the contractor is not responsible for any: A) Damage caused by debris or other objects in yard thrown by mowers or other equipment used to maintain customer’s lawn/yard. B) Damage to items or property that limits free and unrestricted access to areas included in the contract. C) Personal

injuries resulting from slip and fall accidents; and/or D) Acts of God, including but not limited to extraordinary weather conditions.
3. Indemnification. The owner shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the contractor, its owners, employees and subcontractors from and against any and all claims, damages, reasonable attorneys’ fees, costs and expenses which the contractor incurs as a result of a claim or claims brought by the owner or any third party, arising out of any wrongdoing, negligence and/or breach of contract by the owner alleged or otherwise, or any Act of God, including but not limited to
extraordinary weather conditions, that is related, in any manner whatsoever, to the
premises or the owner’s involvement with the premises or the services, including but
not limited to personal injuries resulting from slip and fall accidents.
4. Payment:

 Checks must be made out to Integrity Outdoor Living, LLC.
Billing will be monthly at the end of the month.
Payment is due 30 days from the invoice date
Any invoice or scheduled payment over 10 days past due will be subject to a
late fee of 15%. Integrity Outdoor Living reserves the right to suspend
service when payments become more than 10 days past due. This agreement
price has been negotiated and agreed upon based on the customer’s yard as it
exists on the agreement date. In the event the customer adds additional areas
or services. Integrity Outdoor Living shall not be responsible for the care or
maintenance of such additional improvements without a written change order.
A service charge of $30.00 will be charged for any returned check.
The owner will be responsible for all costs of collection, including without
limitation, Court costs and reasonable attorney’s fees in the event that it
becomes necessary for Integrity Outdoor Living to resort to legal measuresto collect any amount owed under this agreement.

5. Hazards: Customer is aware that the equipment used in lawn/yard care is dangerous and understands that the customer is responsible for any injuries or damage to that may occur to any adults, children, or pets who/that do not stay a safe distance from all work areas. Integrity Outdoor Living assumes no responsibility for slip and fall accidents or vehicular accidents as a result of this naturally occurring condition.
